Operations Manager - Leicester - £50k per year & £4k Car Allowance

Our client, a well-established Fire & Security company in Leicestershire, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.
This role provides significant growth opportunities for a seasoned manager aiming to contribute to the business's development.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of Co-ordinators for Maintenance & Installation
Supervising the Works Schedule
Supporting the Maintenance Co-ordinator in closing daily completed tasks
Leading Monthly Team Meetings
Reporting weekly progress to Senior Management
Supervising all aspects of the business, including Sales, Design, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Engineers.

Requirements:
Previous management experience in the Fire & Security sector
Strong knowledge of the Fire & Security Industry (Fire, CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
Experience working to BAFE standards
People management skills
CCTV/Security experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Full UK Driving Licence
