WRCC has grown significantly in the last 2 years and we are looking for an Operations Manager to help us continue on that journey. You'll be responsible for leading and managing two key projects: Warm Hubs and the Community Food Fleet. Warm Hubs provide safe and warm spaces for people to connect, while the Food Fleet delivers hot meals and wellbeing checks 365 days a year. Key Responsibilities: To develop strategic and business plans for WRCC services, lead on their implementation and monitor their delivery. To develop project budgets, schedule expenditure and manage financial performance. To develop tenders for new public service contracts. To collect data to evaluate service performance and identify areas for improvement. To manage relationships with project funders and partners to ensure continued support. To deliver performance and monitoring reports to funders and partners. To manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure security and maximise value for money. To develop strategies to improve project and service performance. To line manage project staff within selected service areas, being responsible for recruitment, training, development and discipline.
