Subordinates : Logistics & Purchasing Manager, Admin Support
Key responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Cru Wine to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage the outsourced IT team and ensure all IT operations are efficient and secure.
·
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement operational strategies.
·
Ensure the safe movement and storage of wine under management.
·
Work with partner warehouses, 3PL providers, suppliers, and customers to optimise logistical operations.
·
Track tax implications for the import/export of alcohol for all markets of operation.
·
Negotiate transport rates to optimise logistical costs.
·
Improve customer satisfaction through efficient service fulfilment.
·
Report on internal and external lead times.
·
Supervise and support the logistics & purchasing manager and admin support team members.
·
Implement and maintain operational efficiency across all business processes.
·
Oversee internal IT systems and processes.
·
Part of the senior leadership team to discuss weekly company progress
Experience and skills required:
·
Proven and successful operational experience.
·
Highly motivated and autonomous.
·
Customer-focused with a strong understanding of fine wine.
·
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and working with data.
·
Effective communicator with strong managerial skills.
·
Experience in importing & exporting excise goods is preferred but not essential.
·
French speaking is preferred but not essential.
