They are now looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience and ability to initiate and drive sales opportunities for the business.
A minimum of 5 years experience in an Engineering environment.
Preferably local to Macclesfield Stockport.
HND or equivalent in Eng.
A minimum of 5 years experience of managing a team in an engineering environment.
Experience of good customer relations at all levels.
Motivational and inspirational leader.
Excellent team builder.
A good knowledge and understanding of engineering QHSE standards.
A proven record of gaining trust and respect within an organisation.
A good understanding of HR requirements.
