Operations Manager

Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL SERVICES / LD / AUTISM

Location: WEST MIDLANDS

Salary: UP TO £70K - £80K PER ANNUM - NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Hours: FULL TIME

Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a flourishing, dynamic and innovative care provider, who are expanding at an exponential rate, in their search for an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee 5 Children’s LD / Autism Services in the West Midlands region.

Our client are looking to add talented Care Managers to their business, and are specifically looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager who will be fully supported by the Directors.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Children’s Residential Services, with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health sector experience.

You will line manage & provide support to the Registered Managers ensuring that highest levels of care and compliance is provided at each site.

The successful candidate will have experience of multi service management.

Skills / Qualifications:

* Leadership & Management Qualifications

* Thorough understanding of OFSTED / CQC Governance, Legislation Policies and Inspections

* Service visits and reports

* Children’s Residential / LD / Autism / Mental Health sector experience

* Managing budgets and completing detailed analytical reports

* Achieving full occupancy levels and also ensuring new staff are trained to deliver the very best care to the residents

* Proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality care

* Commercially minded with the ability to drive KPIs such as: occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to achieve long-term success

* Training & supporting new staff to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care
