Exciting Opportunity: Role Overview
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that combines leadership, coordination, and international engagement? As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Dynamic Case Management:

Overseeing the fair distribution of cases and initial calls among coordinators. Directly handling first calls, new enquiries, client quotes, and repatriation cases. Ensuring meticulous documentation and smooth communication with all parties involved.
Strategic Operational Support:

Collaborating with the Operations Director on projects that propel the company’s growth. Enhancing our global network by maintaining and updating provider agreements and certifications. Continuously evaluating provider quality and costs, and integrating new providers to optimize our services.
Global Network Development:

Strengthening relationships with our international providers. Filling service gaps by introducing new, reliable partners to our network.
Team Leadership:

Supporting, developing, and managing a team of coordinators. Fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Client and Provider Engagement:

Acting as a compassionate, professional liaison for clients in their time of need. Representing Specialist Rescue Group at embassies, consulates, and business events in the UK and abroad.

The Ideal Candidate
This role is perfect for an energetic, detail-oriented professional eager to make a meaningful impact. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency with relevant software and technology for case management. Experience in the coordination and leading emergency extraction, evacuation and repatriation operations.
Desirable : Deep understanding in the logistics of repatriation of mortal remains wordlwide.
Preferred Qualifications:

Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage. Previous experience in team management is highly desirable. Experience in a role requiring commercial and business acumen.
Other Requirements:

Candidates must pass security vetting. Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally. Professional presentation and ability to serve as a company ambassador.
