Headquartered in London, they offer a collaborative and fast-paced work environment for a team of approximately 8-10 professionals.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in streamlining our internal processes. You will be responsible for mapping out and optimising the end-to-end workflow, encompassing claims management, reconciliation and bound business.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement efficient operational procedures across claims, reconciliation, and bound business functionsOversee the smooth processing and management of insurance claimsEnsure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactionsManage bound business activities, upholding underwriting guidelinesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutionsMaintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practicesCollaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operationsContribute to a positive and productive team environmentAdapt to a fast-paced environment and be willing to turn your hand to a variety of tasksWho You Are:You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the insurance industryExperience in a start-up or SME environment would be desirableA proven track record of creating and implementing processes and workflowsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new thingsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
