And a local coffee club that brings the best of speciality coffee to the neighbourhood.Our clubs are places where people can come to work, be productive and escape the chaos and isolation of WFH. They are places to connect and be around like-minded people. We have 2 clubs (Clapton and Richmond) and are on a mission to bring productive workspace to every high-street in the UK.Who we are looking forAs our Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business. You will have full ownership of our clubs, from workspace to our speciality coffee shop. You will lead our dynamic club managers, and collaborate closely with our Founder/CEO and broader team to deliver our amazing product and achieve our ambitious growth goals.You will be someone that is excited to get involved in everything, from day-to-day operations and team management through to leading your own projects from business development, operations, product, marketing, partnerships, etc.You will thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and be excited by Drop-in’s growth plans. The Operations Manager will embody and champion a high-performance culture across their business and teams.You will play an instrumental role in shaping the direction of the business from Day 1.As Operations Manager your role will includePeopleLead and mentor a team of Club Managers to grow and develop in their roles and to perform at their best each dayHire and source incredible future talent, staying ahead of business needs in line with our growth plansBe the gatekeeper of training standardsEnsure our Club teams have a positive experience of working at Drop-in, are well looked after and can realise their potential with usPerformanceDrive top line sales growth by supporting and leading our club teams with touring, community engagement, customer experience, marketing campaigns and eventsBe the ultimate business owner for each of our clubs with full club P&L responsibilityBe responsible for NPS targets across the entire businessClubsHelp define and solidify our hospitality first approach across each of our clubs so that our customers love coming to Drop-inCreate and maintain efficient processes and daily duties for our business to drive high standardsEnsure an effective and well utilised calendar of events and local partnerships is in place across all clubsSpecialty CoffeeMaintain and define our coffee quality standards across our clubsCome up with ideas on how we elevate the experience to both public and membersOwn the sourcing and development of our coffee and food offering, including a properly managed supply chainFull responsibility for health & safety and risk management across our clubsYour key skills3+ years of operations leadership experience in hospitality and/or retail. Customer service experience essential.2+ years experience working in the specialty coffee sector is a big plusTrack record in hospitality with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindsetYou excel in managing and leading teams, able to get people behind you to execute on their objectives as an individual and a team to reach business & member goalsExperience in ideating, developing and executing integrated brand and communication strategies to drive a wider audience reachAbout YouYour are a go getter.
