Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Trailer and Route Planning:

Oversee and optimise trailer planning and route planning to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Trade Lane Management:

Manage operations across European and UK trade lanes, ensuring smooth and efficient transport.
Shipment Coordination:

Coordinate full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and groupage shipments.
Freight Operations:

Provide basic operational support for air and ocean freight.
Customs Compliance:

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a team, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
Proven experience in road transport logistics,

specifically in trailer and route planning.
Familiarity with European & UK trade lanes.
Basic knowledge of air and ocean freight operations.
Experience with customs procedures is advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
