The software features real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. Their software also enhances customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information and reduces paperwork and manual data entry, resulting in significant cost savings.
We need an experienced Service Delivery Manager with experience within support and implementation of software processes.
The Role:
* Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
* Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
* Develop and refine operational processes.
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
* Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
* Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
* Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
* Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
* Manage third-party vendor relationships.
Your Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Customer-facing experience
* Detail -oriented, organized, and methodical
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of business processes
* Maintains accuracy under pressure
* Project management experience
* Exceptional people skills: approachable, patient, confident
* Proficient in delivering training verbally and in writing
* Able to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
