Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and set performance goals.

Maintain project timelines and budgetary plans.
Delegate responsibilities and enforce policies.
Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in a managerial role.
Strong decision-making and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and lead employees.
Working knowledge of operational procedures.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
Experience in performance evaluations.
