Position Overview for the Operations Manager:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our service delivery teams and ensure operational excellence across our diverse project portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a versatile strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in managing complex technical projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across multiple sectors, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes to deliver high-quality, turnkey solutions.
· Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes in different industrial contexts.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and project managers capable of addressing challenges in various industries.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-centric service.
· Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients from diverse sectors, understanding their unique needs and ensuring our solutions add value to their operations.
· Proactively manage client expectations and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
· Analyse and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency across different types of projects without compromising on quality or sustainability.
· Manage project budgets and resources across our projects.
· Champion our commitment to health & safety, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility, regardless of the industry.
· Continuously improve our health & Safety processes in line with cross-sector best practices.
· Contribute to the company's strategic planning, aligning operational capabilities with diverse market opportunities.
· Stay abreast of trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform our service offerings.

Qualifications of the Operations Manager:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical/Process, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, ideally within the water/wastewater or related technical services sector.
· Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects in varied industrial settings.
· Strong understanding of technical processes and technologies applicable to water, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
· Excellent project management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively across different industries.
· Solid financial acumen with experience in multi-sector budget management and cost control.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· A passion for sustainability and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
