Operations Manager

UKPR Group Ltd are a leading provider of retrofit services in the construction and energy-efficiency sectors. We are looking to employ an Operations Manager responsible for the processing and allocation of Retrofit Services to our work teams installing retrofit measures such as replacement windows & doors, as well as ventilation upgrades.

Responsibilities

• To work under the Managing Director
• Liaising with Energy Companies, Local Authorities, and Construction Contractors in providing Energy-Efficient Schemes
• Working with Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators in ensuring a compliant install under TrustMark
• Organising and managing our installation teams responsible for implementing the retrofit installs onsite

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC platforms
• Used to working accurately with large data sets

Salary/Package

• £40,000-£50,000 plus bonuses (depending on experience)
