C&M are proud to be working exclusively with this high end, luxury DMC to find them an enthusiastic and creative travel professional to run a team of travel consultants in their Edinburgh office. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a forward thinking, progressive business who celebrate England, Ireland and Scotland as a destination like no other. They will pay up to £35,000 for the right person.
Operations Manager, Luxury Travel Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior members of the team to oversee high-end luxury itineraries throughout Scotland, England and Ireland.
- Managing a small team of operations experts and supporting in their day-to-day activities
- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers to confirm and book services for clients
- Deliver seamless and smooth delivery of personalised experiences and itineraries

What do you look like?
- Previous team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage last-minute demands
- Passion for travel and entertainment
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Have worked in Luxury Travel or with UHNWI
- Must have a "Can Do" attitude
- Good relationship with UK hospitality suppliers and Business development experience would be advantageous
Salary and benefits
- This is a Monday to Friday position in their West End office in Edinburgh
- They will pay up to £35,000 for the right person DOE
