Operations Manager - Aerospace

A prestigious Aerospace business is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team!

Along with a salary of up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive a range of benefits.

As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a large team of Operators and Team Leaders across multiple sites in an Aerospace environment.
• Mentoring, developing and growing the internal team.
• Processing documentation and administration.
• Organising stock, materials and schedules.
• Using lean management tools, such as 5s and Sigma Six.
• Being hands on, supporting with operations and being flexible with working hours in busy periods.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with:

• Previous experience of managing team performance.
• A strong understanding of Health & Safety.
• A strong understanding of IT and computer systems.
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills.

You will be working Monday-Thursday, 07:15-17:00, with flexibility required as you will be managing across multiple sites.
