Operations Manager Biotech

Location: On-site - Cambridge, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Share Options

A fast-growing biotech company is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to build operational foundations and support a cutting-edge scientific environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve internal processes (onboarding, invoicing, supplier coordination)
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships
• Oversee lab and office operations, including HSE compliance
• Coordinate IT support and assist with legal/admin tasks
• Act as the go-to person for operational needs

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in operations, preferably in biotech, life sciences, or tech
• Strong process-building and supplier management skills
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
