Are you an Operations Manager or similar from an Engineering or Manufacturing background or similar looking for role at a specialist metalwork manufacturer who possesses state of the art machinery and works in the full life cycle of client projects from design concept through to mass manufacture?

On offer is the chance to join a specialist, precision metal work manufacturer who work in the full lifecycle of client projects from initial design phases, through to laser cutting, punching, bending and forming, to metal pressing and processing through to assembly and finished products.

In this role you will be responsible for managing company production including engineering and metalwork projects, managing powder coating, welding and fabrication, design and manufacture, as well as laser cutting and punching and metal processing operations. You will manage internal teams as well as liaise and act as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders ensuring overall smooth company operation and function.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who has experience in a similar Operations Management role, looking for a role that offers both autonomy over your work and a leadership role whereby you decide how the company performs, in a specialist metalwork design and manufacturer.

• Managing internal teams from powder coaters to laser cutters and punching
