Due to growth of the company and internal promotions, this company are looking for a Operations Manager/ Specialist to work directly with the senior leadership to drive the business forward.

This role would suit anyone from a Operations, Business Improvement, Project, Technical or Engineering background that wants to work with teams across a business to further develop manufacturing process, commercial systems and oversee a range of excited engineering and technical projects

The Role:
*Overseeing technical projects, continuous manufacturing and commercial improvements
*Cradle to Grave manufacturing processes for industrial machinery
*Working closely with the development & production team, sales team and approved suppliers.

The Person:
*Manufacturing/ Production background (Mechanical/ Electro-Mechanical machinery preferred)
*Previous experience in a multi-faceted operations and continuous improvement role
*Motivated and wants to oversee exciting commercial and manufacturing projects.
* Commutable from Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Stroud and surrounding areas
