Recruit UK is partnering with a highly regarded Chartered financial planning firm in Norwich to find an experienced Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role overseeing client support teams and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

What the Role Involves:

• Leading and developing administration, paraplanning, and front-of-house teams
• Managing workflows and office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
• Ensuring timely delivery of client work
• Driving process improvements and fostering continuous improvement
• Working closely with senior stakeholders on firm-wide initiatives
