Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in food production, warehousing, or FMCG distribution? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where quality, efficiency, and leadership are key?

We're seeking a highly capable and hands-on Operations Manager to join a growing food distribution business based in Worcestershire. This is a full-time, on-site role leading the day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, and dispatch ensuring high standards are maintained across performance, compliance, and team culture.

What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing all warehouse and production operations including goods intake, packing, picking, dispatch, and stock control.

Leading and developing cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborating with supply chain, commercial, and technical teams to maintain product quality and compliance.

Ensuring health & safety, traceability, and food safety standards are met consistently.

Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to optimize performance.

Supporting the wider leadership team with strategic and operational initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an operations or warehouse management role ideally within the food, FMCG, or retail sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Sound knowledge of compliance and quality standards (BRCGS experience is a bonus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of WMS systems is advantageous.

Highlyorganisedd, adaptable, and results-driven.

Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining high standards.
