Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per year

Clearance: SC eligible, no sponsorship

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Google Alliance initiatives. In this role, you will manage regional pipeline activities, track joint account plans, oversee GTM programs, and ensure accurate reporting of alliance performance. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal MBRs and regional QBRs, manage partner portal activities, and coordinate strategic initiatives, funding programs, and field education efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regional pipeline, deal registration, and partner-sourced opportunities.
Track and maintain accurate data for alliance performance reports (financial and non-financial).
Support joint account plans and ensure pipeline alignment with commitments.
Oversee GTM programs, marketing initiatives, and strategic campaigns.
Maintain partner portal activities, approvals, and incentive tracking.
Manage funding programs, project SOWs, and financial flows.
Maintain contracts, track expiries and renewals.
Own field education on Google Cloud partner programs and tools.
Serve as the main contact for country MBRs and regional QBRs.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working with alliances and partner ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of Google operations and ecosystem.
Exceptional project management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination.
Experience with reporting and visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a global environment with cultural and regional awareness.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
