You need be based in or commutable to: Emmeloord, Lemmer, Zwolle, Meppel

Covering mostly a local regional area only - 1 or 2 days working from home

€80,000 - €90,000 (Dependant on experience) + Bonus ( between 10% to 15% of salary) + Possible Vehicle or Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you highly experienced within the HVAC industry looking to play a key role in an exciting and rewarding role?

You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of HVAC installation projects and you will work with all relevant internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

This would suit someone with strong experience in the HVAC industry with relevant qualifications.

The Role:
* Lead and develop the HVAC installation team: recruit, train, mentor, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Manage HVAC installation projects: plan, execute, monitor timelines, budgets, and resources; drive process improvements.
* Ensure regulatory compliance: adhere to safety and industry standards (ISO9001, VCA, F-Gases), implement quality control, and stay updated on regulations.
* Drive business growth in the Dutch HVAC market: identify opportunities and support sales efforts.
* Most of the work is within a small regional area - this will also be 1 or 2 days working from home

The person:

* Must have strong and relevant experience within HVAC and ideally hold a relevant qualification within HVAC or very similar
* Looking for a leadership role with a company that have an excellent reputation
