Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Huddersfield (multi-site)
Salary: £48,000 per annum PLUS Car
Role: Permanent – Full time

Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise multi-site operations across a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll be responsible for managing plant, equipment, and personnel across several locations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in multi-site operations management, ideally within quarrying, landfill, or civil engineering sectors

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and safety standards
• Operations Manager Key Responsibilities- Oversee all site-based operations, plant, and personnel
• Maximise productivity while managing and controlling production costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Lead site planning, resourcing, and execution of operational strategies
• Manage site administration including reporting, payroll, and performance metrics

Commutable Locations:Manchester, Leeds, Rochdale, Barnsley. Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate
