Are you an Operations Manager with experience working in construction, on-site, looking for an exciting new opportunity to play a vital role within the company whilst receiving industry leading training and progression opportunities?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be scheduling and programming site works, day works and subcontractor activities, organise labour and materials across multiple active sites, report completed works to management for reviews and communicate and organise customer care works.

This company is a leading provider of external rendering solutions for the commercial and residential sectors. They have worked with some brilliant household names such as Redrow Homes, Barrat Homes and Seddon to name a few.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar who has experience working on construction sites looking for an exciting new challenge in this autonomous that offers lots of variety, training opportunities and progression to excel your career.

The Role:

• Organise labour and materials across multiple active sites.
• Communicate and organise customer care works.
• Maintain daily communication with site teams and clients.
• Arrange and carry out the delivery and collection of materials / equipment.
• Schedule and programme site works, day works and subcontractor activities
• Respond to site queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally

The Person:

• Proven experience in construction or site-based management
• SSSTS Certification or NVQ Level 3 or higher
