We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Adult Social Care team.
You will be supporting adults with complex needs, individuals who maybe experiencing homelessness, or who are affected by domestic abuse. An excellent communicator, you will build and maintain strong partnerships with health services, housing providers, voluntary sector organisations, police, and other stakeholders.
As an experienced operational leader you will drive excellent outcomes, ensuring that vulnerable adults receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing.
This is a fabulous opportunity to develop a new service with the support from the Practice Manager and other partners. In promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a multidisciplinary team.

Manage the budgetary performance of a designated service unit within the Departmental scheme of delegation.
Manage service performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Achieve an effective delivery of service through the management of people, and take responsibility for the formal operation of the County Council’s policies and procedures pertaining to personnel related matters
Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, learning, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding responsibilities.
