Operations Manager - PFI

Engineering Operations Manager - PFI Hospital - Lewisham - £60k.

A Hospital Estates Engineering Operations Manager, preferably with a mechanical background is needed for an NHS site in Lewisham. This is a PFI contract that has 13 years left to run. Reporting into the Senior Ops Manager, you will manage a team of around 10 Engineers, a compliance manager, supervisor and helpdesk staff, that in turn will carry out planned and reactive works across a busy hospital site.

Preferably with a mechanical background but will consider electrical, you will know how to manage a team of engineers and have experience of hospital estates management and PFI. You will become a Water RP and Ventilation AP.

For this busy site, they enjoy a good working relationship with the trust and the SPV.
