Operations Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

I am delighted to collaborate with one of the fastest-selling brands in the healthy food market. Since their establishment, they have expanded their distribution from 3,000 to 11,000 locations and they are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in London.

This role is unique as it offers extensive exposure across the business. You will manage everything on the purchasing and supplier side of the business and deliver key projects in the operations team.

In this role, you will:

• Manage relationships with suppliers and look at future forecast
• Source for new suppliers and negotiate supplier costs as well as running supplier tenders
• New product launches and part of executing projects to improve supply chain operations
• Liaise with 3PL and work closely with packaging sites

About you:

• 2+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain, ideally background in food and beverage and FMCG
• Organised, resilient and detail oriented
• Experience working with suppliers and being able to build strong relationship with stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills
