This company, have been established for 40 years, with over 35 employees, 23 directly reporting to you through 5 departments, due to growth and forward planning they are looking to recruit.

This role will suit someone from a Manufacturing or Engineering background within leadership, with strong leadership / mentorship skills looking to grow, upskill and build the next generation within this thriving specialist manufacturer where you will also receive mentorship from the MD to progress into the new General Manager.

The Role:
*Support, Mentor and develop junior leaders in the business
*Working closely with the Managing Director to identify areas of gain and improvements to enable the business to achieve its goals
*Mentorship from the MD and progression into General Manager

The Person:
*Previous experience in Leadership
*Previous experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
