Our client, a reputable financial services firm based in Edinburgh, is seeking a capable and experienced Operations Oversight & Control Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will focus on overseeing and managing the Operations Oversight & Control Analysts, ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of processes and controls related to Transfer Agency services. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will lead the team responsible for regulatory reporting, CASS governance, and complaints oversight, while fostering strong relationships with third-party providers and internal departments.

• Proven experience in Vendor/TPA management and oversight in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CASS regulations and not just compliance, but proactive governance.
• Technical knowledge of various investment instruments
• Srtong knowledge of the complaints process within Transfer Agency
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive engagement and development among team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in producing management information (MI) and regular reporting.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and report potential risks in the operational landscape.
• Adept at relationship building with both internal colleagues and external service providers.
• IOC qualified with a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment.
