Are you an organised planner with a strong eye for detail and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly?

We're looking for an Operations Planner to join a busy manufacturing environment, working closely with production, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and production schedules remain on track.

The Role
Create and maintain production and operational schedules
Coordinate orders through internal departments and suppliers
Manage capacity and resource planning across multiple areas
Prioritise urgent customer requirements and changing demands
Monitor delivery commitments and proactively resolve scheduling issues
Communicate progress, risks, and updates with key stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiativesWhat We're Looking For
Experience within production planning, operations planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
