Are you an Operations / Project Manager or similar from a Joinery background? Do you want to make your mark on the ongoing success of a rapidly growing company who pride themselves on looking after and developing staff?

On offer is an autonomous opportunity to join a company who work on high end, bespoke projects in a role providing a bonus and profit share to increase your earnings, as well as opportunities for equity.

This rapidly growing joinery company work on a broad range of high end commercial and residential projects. They have seen major growth since their establishment in 2021 and are now looking to bring in a production manager to keep up with their ongoing expansion.

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the MD and Workshop Manager, as you oversee schedules, liaise with suppliers and customers, support junior team members and play a key part in ongoing projects.

This autonomous role would suit someone from an Operations / Project leadership background within Joinery looking to join a fast growing company where you can make your mark on the business and continually develop to director roles.

The Role:

• Oversee and lead high-end joinery projects
• Work closely with MD and Workshop Manager
• Check and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Generate quotes and price up jobs
• Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30 (some flexibility in hours)
• Ongoing progression to director as company grows
