on the search for a

Night Shift Operations Manager.

This is a perm role based in

London.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for OEE and potential efficiency improvements: cost reduction, downtime etc.
Ensure that QMS is followed in all areas of responsibility.
Responsible for training and coaching of team members, assuring that the role expectation is met and develop/maintain competency levels..
Ensuring your team is working towards improving/maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, internally and externally

What are we looking for?

FMCG experience (preferably food/drink/chemical industry)
LEAN manufacturing experience
Management experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment
Confident communicator with an accountable mentality

Night shift pattern

Salary up to

£60K

+ bonus.
