Operations Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for Operations Supervisor to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across Yorkshire. About the Role

Reporting to the  Manager, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the operations which will include the planning and execution of the works. The main purpose of this role is to drive performance and productivity along with health and safety compliance. 

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Previous experience within drainage operations preferred.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience.


• Team player with the ability to work alone.


• Always lead by example, focusing on evolving the company's opportunities.


• Flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.


• Able to build strong and effective relationships.


• Excellent communication skills.
  

Working Hours & Location

• Location: Bradford BD5 & Yorkshire area Salary: £32,000 per annum
  


• Hours: 47.50 hours per week, 07.00am-16:30pm, Monday to Friday


• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
