  • Act as a key point of contact for new subcontractors, including regular communication and site visits to gather feedback and support strong working relationships

  • Work closely with operational teams to understand workforce needs and proactively source suitable subcontractors and operatives through industry networks, platforms, and referrals

  • Attend industry and networking events to build relationships and represent PiLON professionally

Do you have what it takes?

  • Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Resilient and comfortable working under pressure

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills

  • Warm and approachable personality, with confidence to be assertive when required

  • Basic understanding of compliance, Health & Safety, and fair working practices

  • Strong Microsoft Office and administrative skills

Desirable qualifications but not essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

  • Experience in construction, workforce coordination, operations support, or hospitality

Why work with us? Here are some of the brilliant benefits you could get as an Operations Support:
