Operations Support Manager - Chester (Fully Office Based) | £30,000-£33,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected organisation in Chester as an Operations Support Manager, offering £30,000-£33,000 plus excellent training and career development.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can drive operational efficiency while supporting key stakeholders. You'll oversee tenancy changeovers, ensure compliance with statutory codes, manage documentation flow, and provide KPI updates to senior teams. You'll also coach and support colleagues to deliver strong performance across the business.

What you'll do:

• Oversee tenancy agreements and ensure statutory compliance.
• Develop tracking systems and provide clear KPI reporting.
• Manage operator agreements, documentation, and audits.
• Monitor account setups and resolve billing issues.
• Support and coach the Operations Support team.
• Manage individual performance through 1:1s.
• Collaborate with Estates, Operations, and Business Development teams.

What you bring:

• Proven line management and coaching experience (essential).
• Experience in operations support or administration (hospitality knowledge a plus).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
