The role of the Operations Manager – Timber Manufacturing will involve:

* Operations / Team Leader position overseeing and managing a range of hard & soft landscaping projects

* Primarily a site based position visiting projects across London, overseeing an internal team of contractors and labourers

* A strong mix of installation / maintenance work & people / project management

* Work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams

* Ensure that all projects are completed successfully in a timely manner

* Adhere to all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures

* Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure that machinery is fully operational and down time is a minimum

* Provide regular feedback, training and support to the workforce, helping to drive performance, productivity and employee development

The ideal applicant will be an Operations Manager – Timber Manufacturing with:

* Must have experience as one or more of the following: Operations Manager, Team Leader / Working Foreman / Landscaping Supervisor or a closely related

* Must have experience within the Landscaping or closely related market sector

* Knowledge of Horter culture, vegetation or related would be highly advantageous

* Beneficial to have an existing CSCS card

* Must be an excellent communicator and leader

* IT literate and familiar with manufacturing software

* Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
