What You'll Do:
Analyse material & labour variances - daily, weekly, and monthly

Own and maintain production dashboards & reporting systems

Be the ERP system superuser - guiding others and ensuring accuracy

Help improve stock accuracy and identify process improvements

Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain & more

What We're Looking For:
Sharp with numbers & Excel - comfortable handling data

Strong communicator - you'll be the link between key departments

Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (ideally food)

Lean/CI knowledge a bonus - but not a deal-breaker!
