Job Specification: Process Cycle Time Analysis Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced contractor to conduct a comprehensive review of cycle times for a specific range of products within our production process. The successful individual will provide an objective analysis from pre-production through to final assembly and despatch, providing information back to stakeholders to enable cycle times to be updated accordingly.

Scope of Work:

• Evaluate existing cycle times for individual parts and assembly processes.
• Identify discrepancies in the current system times and propose accurate updates.
• Conduct a full assessment from pre-production to despatch.
• Provide recommendations for integrating revised cycle times into operational processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in process analysis and cycle time optimisation.
• Strong background in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Ability to conduct data-driven assessments and present findings clearly.
• Experience working with production teams to implement process improvements.

Deliverables:

• Detailed report outlining verified cycle times and discrepancies.
• Recommendations for improvements based on findings.

Duration & Engagement:

• Short-term contract
