Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

In this role you will be part of a fast paced and highly dynamic team that is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and packaging Dehydrated Culture Media products. Working for a Microbiology company that makes products that help make the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place.

Experience:

• Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Has good literacy and numeracy skills, demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Has the ability to meet the physical demands of the role which includes manual lifting of multiple 25kg bags of materials.
