Pay: £32,000.00 per year OTE. £25,000 basic salary
Benefits: Company car, company events, free parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Location: Covering the North West with an office based in Manchester

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional eye care to those who need it most, particularly the elderly and often overlooked members of our community. If you're ready to help change lives through vision care, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pretests for patients and support the optometrist during clinic sessions.
• Dispense glasses with the level of care you would expect for yourself.
• Deliver and fit glasses with precision to enhance someone's quality of life.
• Maintain accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients remember your exceptional care.
• Skillfully repair glasses to help keep patients' vision clear and comfortable.

We're looking for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm:

• At least 1 year of optical experience is required.
• GCSEs in Math and English or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
• A full UK manual driving licence (enjoy a fully expensed company car for both business and personal use!).
• Happy to travel across the North West
