An established independent optical group is looking to recruit an Optometrist to join its growing clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist looking for genuine clinical autonomy within a patient-first environment. Whether you prefer to be based in one practice or split your time across two locations.

The Role

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Option to work across two practices or be based within a single location
• Full clinical freedom with complete control over your diary
• 25–30 minute testing times, with flexibility to extend appointments where clinically appropriate
• Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with a loyal patient base
• No sales targets or commercial pressure – clinical care always comes first

• GOC registered Optometrist
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
• Confident working independently with strong clinical judgement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
