Role Overview:

Our global client is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst to support the deliver of a major Oracle Financials Implementation.

This is a hands-on role bridging finance and systems, focused on user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, stakeholder support, and hypercare. You will work closely with finance teams, implementation partners, and project stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate UAT testing cycles, including script walkthroughs and defect tracking
  * Document and escalate system issues; collaborate with partners to ensure resolution
  * Act as liaison between finance users and project teams to support effective communication
  * Deliver end-user training and 1:1 support to embed Oracle knowledge across teams
  * Support cutover readiness and post-go-live hypercare activities
  * Monitor data migration and configuration outputs, ensuring finance validation
  * Ensure project compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified or qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
  * Proven experience in finance roles within large or multinational organisations
  * Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
  * Strong grasp of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and internal controls
  * UAT planning, execution, and defect management experience
  * Strong interpersonal and documentation skills; confident engaging across technical and business teams
  * Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow) and project tracking tools
