Summary

A new role has opened up for a junior to mid-level Oracle Database Developer to join a innovative, rental business on a permanent basis. They are excited for a passionate, high-performing individual to join their team to assist managing and optimizing their databases to ensure security and integrity.

This is an office-based role with their office based in central Leeds, close to public transport links.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing Oracle databases, and an enthusiasm to collaborate with different teams to support business processes and deliver user-friendly solutions.

• Optimize database queries, indexes and performance tuning
• Provide technical support to ensure best practices
• Administer, monitor and maintain databases
• Develop data security measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues

Essential Skills

• Oracle Database
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• Understanding in data security and recovery procedures
