Oracle EBS Developer

The EBS developer will work alongside a Business Analyst,
the client business team and the client IT team to design, develop and test
specific solutions.  This will include activities such as:

• Work with the Business Analyst,
  develop functional design based on an understanding of the as-is (in
  Oracle EBS and other tools such as complex Excel macros) and the business
  requirements
  
• Work with the
  Business Analyst to produce standard Oracle Functional Design documents (e.g. MD050) for client approval
  
• Plan and undertake development
  of the solution against the approved design, including proof of concept if
  needed
  
• Run ‘show and tell’ sessions to
  keep stakeholders informed and to seek feedback
  
• Undertake unit testing during
  development (i.e. ahead of the formal test cycle)
  
• Produce Oracle EBS technical
  documentation (e.g. MD070) for client acceptance
  
• Produce ‘build instructions’
  documents to enable the client IT team to replicate the build
  
• Support testing (SIT and UAT as
  appropriate) and fix
  
• Support production (issue
  resolution) during hypercare

  experience – development/maintenance and customisations

• EBS Modules: GL, PO/Procurement, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cash
  Management, Subledger Accounting
