An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Oracle ERP Finance Architect and Delivery Lead to join a highly respected financial institution in Dublin. You will play a crucial part in implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets modules, while also supporting end users and collaborating with both business and technical teams.

What you'll do:

As an Oracle ERP Finance Architect and Delivery Lead based in Dublin, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of critical financial systems.

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Financial Modules (Cloud and E-Business Suite), focusing primarily on the General Ledger module as well as inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle financial application systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Deliver hands-on design and configuration duties for new rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing improvements across EMEA offices.
• Participate actively in Oracle EBS/Cloud project implementations by developing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, and validating system changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance within all system processes.

What you bring:

To excel as an Oracle ERP Finance Architect and Delivery Lead, you will bring a wealth of experience gained from working extensively with Oracle Financials-particularly within complex finance environments such as banking. Your background should include successful delivery of full life cycle implementations where you have played both functional support roles and led design/configuration efforts.

• Extensive industry experience (circa 15 years) working with Oracle Financials within finance organisations, preferably in the banking sector.
• Demonstrable expertise in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Financials with hands-on knowledge of the General Ledger module.
• Solid understanding of record-to-report processes as well as internal controls relevant to large-scale financial operations.
• Strong communication skills enabling you to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop comprehensive test scripts and scenarios for user acceptance testing as well as system validation
