Job Summary
The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order receipt to delivery. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to achieve seamless order fulfilment. Proficiency in Korean is required to liaise effectively with HQ in Korea.

Principal Accountabilities
Order Management:
Manage sales order processing, progression, and control order status.
Report on order status regularly and handle any discrepancies.
Book orders with customers, calculate loads and implement special instructions.
Acknowledge receipt of orders promptly and accurately.
Control back orders and reserve stock for specific accounts.
Resolve any delivery issues that arise, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure complete accuracy within all purchase orders (PO).
Stock and Inventory Management:
Support stock control, ensuring accurate tracking of back orders and reserved stock.
Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring product delivery to retailers.
Update and maintain accurate stock records in POS/SAP systems.
Logistics Support:
Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage delivery dates, addresses, and specific delivery notes or guidelines.
Track all import shipments and update shipment reports.
Follow up on local PO status, shipments, and arrival dates.
Supply Chain Management:
Conduct demand and supply balancing in monthly S&OP meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams.
Utilize historical order and shipment data, POS data, inventory levels, and promotional activity information to develop and update demand plans.
Validate the supply plan against forecasts to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Work closely with HQ in Korea to source product information and samples.
Create and update SKUs, process orders, allocate products, and manage inventory.
Forecast sales quantities and manage orders to retailers.
Focus on improving inventory control operations and processes.
Administrative Duties:
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Update prices for new materials received from HQ.
Create POs and invoices as necessary for inventory management.

Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience
2+ years of related experience in order management or a related field.
Proficiency in Korean (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Familiar with POS/SAP/ERP software
Understanding of sales order processing, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
