Order Management Representative

We are looking for strong order administrator to join our dynamic and innovative client in Bracknell. This position requires someone with a key eye for attention to detail who can process complex orders with complete accuracy. If this sounds of interest, please read on!

Title: Order Processor

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of incoming orders within agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with indirect channel partners to fully understand order requirements
• Liaise with other members of the order management department to assist any queries or issues raised from channel partners
• Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery, and tracking

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in order processing and management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised to coordinate with other departments effectively
• Confident CRM/order management database user
