Order Picker – Freezer Environment
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £15.32 per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 16:20 (Any 5 days out of 7)
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temporary with temp-to-perm opportunity

We are currently recruiting for experienced Order Pickers to join our team in a busy freezer warehouse environment in Banbury.

This role involves working in temperatures of up to -23°C and using a voice picking system to accurately pick and prepare customer orders.

Duties include:

* Picking orders using a voice picking system

* Working safely and efficiently in a freezer environment

* Checking accuracy of picked items

* Preparing orders ready for dispatch

* Following health & safety procedures at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous warehouse/order picking experience (preferred)

* Experience using voice picking systems (beneficial)

* Ability to work in cold temperatures

* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

* Reliability and flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7
