Order Picker/PPT Driver (PM SHIFT)

Senior Salmon are currently recruiting experienced Order Pickers and PPT Drivers on behalf of our well-established client based in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing warehouse operation offering long-term work, full training across multiple departments, and permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Successful candidates will work across various warehouse functions and will be trained within all departments to develop a broad range of skills.

Duties will include:
- Order picking using handheld scanners
- Operating PPT trucks safely and efficiently
- Stock control and inventory management
- Replenishment of stock locations
- Put-away of goods
- Processing returns
- Automation wrapping and pallet preparation
- Loading and unloading duties
- Ensuring KPI and productivity targets are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
- Manual handling and heavy lifting as required

The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid PPT licence would be highly advantageous
- A valid High Level Order Picker licence would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience using handheld scanning devices
- Warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work at speed whilst maintaining accuracy
- A reliable and hardworking approach

What we offer:
- £13.49 per hour
- Overtime available paid at 1.25x
