Order Processing and Customer Support Coordinator - SAP

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well established business within the St Albans area. Due to growth, this company have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous sales administration experience to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will be working within a team environment, providing support to customers over the phone and via email, dealing with engineers, processing orders and more.

Monday - Friday - Predominantly office based with some flexibility after probation

Must have SAP experience

Some of the duties will include:

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Processing orders and providing quotations and pricing information
Managing customer orders, deliveries and delivery expectations
Liaising with production, logistics and sales teams to resolve queries and improve delivery times
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
Managing customer portals and online orders
Preparing delivery notes and invoices
Supporting Sales Engineers with customer activity, sales leads and order information
Managing incoming orders through a shared inbox
Making occasional outbound calls to customers and prospects and updating the CRM
Supporting credit control and following company procedures
Building strong relationships with key customer contacts
The suitable candidate:

Must have previous experience with SAP
A strong communicator on all levels
Strong customer service skills
High level of attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Great team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be based within a commutable distance to St Albans
